Supplying your own frontal?
If you are buying your own frontal, please bring into salon up to 5 days before appointment, so it can be customised in time for your install.
If you purchase your own frontal, the colour of the lace shouldn’t be darker than your skin tone. Make sure you check this before purchasing.
Things you should know
- Arrive with your hair freshly washed, detangled, blow dried (stretched properly). If you have booked for an express wash & blowout service, ensure your hair is detangled and ready to start your service. If your hair is tangled and requires a lot of attention before proceeding with your service, please note that a £30 additional service charge will be applied.
- Sew-ins will usually require 2-3 bundles of hair extensions. 3 bundles are recommended in order to get full coverage. Any additional wefts will require a £20 fee per bundle.
- We recommend a weave maintenance appointment 1 – 3 weeks after your install. Maintenance appointments are highly important to ensure the integrity of your own hair.
- If you are reusing your bundles, please ensure they are freshly washed, dried, and prepared to be reinstalled before you attend your appointment.
- We will never remove bundles from your hair, then reinstall them back in on the same day.
- Don’t add oil to your bundles as we want to give you the best sleek, seamless weave installation.
- By booking, you have accepted all terms and agreements.

Weave Installation Services
Your natural hair is braided before we install your hair extensions. A net can be added before your installation if you want extra protection. We use a safe sew-in technique to create a seamless finish.
All installs include basic styling; choose from STRAIGHT or LOOSE waves.
Prices are based on installed services only and DO NOT INCLUDE the cost of hair extensions/closures/frontals or wig units.

WIG Services
Wigs are perfect for those who are looking to switch up their style and try something new, without spending much time and effort. Get a new flawless look in minutes! Your natural hair is braided before your wig is installed.
You will need either a custom-made wig or a ready-made wig for this service as well as heat styling (either straight or loose waves). Depending on the wig there is the option of bleaching knots or tweezing the hairline to make your wig look as natural as possible.
Wigs
Your frontal, wig unit or pre-made wig must be delivered a minimum of 4 working days prior to your appointment date.
We need these prior to your appointment for customisation – no later than 4 days BEFORE your appointment. This does NOT include Sundays & Mondays (as we are closed). Any later a £15 fee will be added to your final bill.
Customisation
Customisation of frontal/closure/wig units/bleaching of knots and tinting lace – are all subject to additional costs.
Installation & Styling
We use Ebin or Got2b glue to secure your wig, sewing your wig is also an option at an additional cost.

- Your hair must be freshly washed and blown out (stretched properly) ready to be braided, otherwise, an additional service charge will be added.
- If you have booked for a shampoo and blowout, your hair must be detangled and ready to be washed.
- Please send images via WhatsApp (07510 301 477) of your desired look you require as well as a current photograph of your hair.
- We sell ready-made wigs, virgin hair bundles, and closures with a wide range of lengths. Please message us via WhatsApp on 07510 301 477 for our bespoke range of wigs custom-made just for you.
- PLEASE NOTE: Frontal, closures, wig unit or pre-made wigs must be:
- Freshly washed prior to delivering to the salon.
- Product-free. Please ensure they are free of GREASE, LEAVE IN CONDITIONER OR GEL.
Failure to comply will lead to a cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited.
