This hair service is available for anyone aged between 6 – 16 years old.
Our salon is a child-friendly environment to put your young ladies and gentlemen at ease. Our staff are specially trained to work with these ages and make it a very calm and relaxed environment to carry out our treatments.
Things you should know
It is important to prepare your child’s hair before their appointment by following the below steps:

Please note: When a client’s hair is tangled this requires a lot of attention before proceeding with the service. This can be very time-consuming and uncomfortable for children.
Consultation
If you’re currently struggling with maintaining your child’s hair at home, we advise that you book a hair consultation first before booking a hair service so the stylist can give you expert advice and gather information from you, to help achieve your child’s desired look.
We do charge a surcharge for the following
- Detangling knotted hair
- Detangling hair
- Long hair
- Thick hair
- Density charge may apply
If your hair is tangled and requires a lot of attention before proceeding with your service, please be aware that an additional service charge will apply.

HAIRCARE FOR TANGLED HAIR
- We recommend buying thermal wonder pre-poo conditioner from our online shop, click the link below:
- Apply Thermal Wonder Pre-Poo Conditioner to dry hair, ensure the hair is fully saturated from root to end before your child goes to bed, then cover with a satin scarf. (DO NOT WASH THE PRE-POO OUT)
- The morning before your child’s salon appointment, section her hair in four (hot cross bun sections) then detangle each section from ends to roots with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
Once each section has been detangled, do a two-strand twist, then cover the head with a satin scarf before heading to the salon.
