Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at DeVine Online Shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Pick-Up-In-Store
Buy online, pick-up-in-store. Once we receive your order, you will be notified by text or email when your order is ready for collection – please provide a contact number on placing your order. Collection is available during store opening hours, as long as the order is placed at least 40 mins before the store closes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery policy
Your delivery address: you have the option to give a different delivery address to the billing address. This means that you can have your parcel sent to a friend as a gift or to your workplace. Please try and give an address where there will be someone present to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
DeVine Online Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
Damages
DeVine Online Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the UK.
Out of stock
If an item is displayed as ‘Out of Stock’, it simply means it is currently out of stock at our distribution centre. These products cannot be bought until they are back in stock, so please choose another product, but be rest assured that we are working behind the scenes to get this item back in as soon as possible. Once back in stock, the ‘Add to Basket’ button will re-appear. You can also send us an email to shop@devinestudio.co.uk, so that you’ll automatically receive an alert when the product is back in stock.

We accept the following payments online:

- Debit cards currently accepted include Visa Election, Delta and Maestro.

FAQ About Shipping and Delivery
Standard delivery

First Class delivery
Signature is required upon delivery. We aim to deliver your parcel in two to four working days. This service is tracked.
Pick-up-in-store
Pick-up-in-store is available during store opening hours and as long as the order is placed at least 40 minutes before the store closes. You will be notified by text or email when your order is ready for collection. If you don’t collect your parcel within the required time slot, you will then be required to collect it the next working day.
How to Check Your Order Status
If you would like to check the status of your order, please use the tracking included in your shipping confirmation email.
If you are not at home, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your item to your neighbour and leave a card. If they cannot deliver to them, they will leave a card and take the item back to Customer Service Point. You can then either collect it or arrange a redelivery (full details will be on the card).
If Royal Mail can’t deliver your parcel or you don’t collect it, they will hold on to your parcel at Customer Service Point for 18 days. After that, they will return the parcel back to DeVine Hair Studio. You can request that we reship your parcel, but there will be additional shipping fees. It’s your responsibility to provide us with an accurate delivery address.
What To Do If You Have Not Received Your Package Yet
If you did not receive your package within 2 weeks, please send an email with your order number, email address and any additional information needed to assist.
What To Do If You Receive An Incorrect Item In Your Package
You should email your claim within 5 days from the date you received your package. As long as the items are unopened and unused, it would be our pleasure to assist you however we can.
