Things you should know
- To allow us to see your vision, set clear expectations and give you accurate pricing and most importantly great service, please send images via WhatsApp on 07510301477 of your desired look and a current photograph of your hair.
- Hair must be at least 7 inches or longer in order to be serviced.
- Arrive with your hair freshly washed, detangled, blow dried (stretched/ properly). If you have booked for an express wash & blowout service please ensure your hair is detangled and ready to start your service. By booking, you have accepted all terms and agreements.

If you are booking box braids or knotless braids please choose the first morning time slot 9.30 am or 10.00 am only. These services should only be booked in the morning unless instructed by us otherwise. These services can take up to 5 hours and also note that our braider takes pride in their work and will not rush these services.
