Booking an appointment with DeVine Hair Studio has never been easier! Book online via our DeVine Hair Studio app in Apple Store or Google Play. Please allow 48 hours for responses to messages.
Bookings
Deposits are required for all online booking and vary in cost from £20 – £40.
Our booking system is a self-booking service, so you’ll be able to book whichever slot is suitable for you.
Deposits
We require £20 – £40 deposit to secure bookings as we are an appointment-based salon.
Deposits are non-refundable. As long as you keep your appointment, your deposit will not be lost. Your deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of your service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive 10 – 30 minutes late for your appointment, late charges will apply. If you are running late, please send a text or WhatsApp message in advance to let us know.
Braids
If you are booking box braids or knotless braids please choose the first morning time slot 9.30 am or 10.00 am only. These services should only be booked in the morning unless instructed by us otherwise. These services can take up to 5 hours and also note that our braider takes pride in their work and will not rush these services.
Please remember that your hair needs to be tangle-free to avoid any further charges.
Service times on our booking system are estimated times, not actual times. Each client is unique therefore your appointment times and duration may vary. Please add add-ons when booking your appointment so we can allocate the correct time for your service and most importantly give you a great service.

If a cancellation becomes available, we will contact you. We will aim to respond within 48 hours. Please book an alternative date and time online in case we can not offer you an appointment via our standby list.

To avoid disappointment, please choose no preference when selecting staff member to see all available appointments from Tuesday – Saturday.

Refund Policy
If any changes are made to your appointment by DeVine Hair Studio management, your deposit will stay intact and you will receive a full credit note or full refund
Appointment Time
Your appointment time is an estimated time of how long it will roughly take to do your hair. Sometimes we do run behind, so please bear this in mind. If there are any changes on the day, you will be informed by phone call or text 1hour before your appointment time.
Service time on our booking system is an estimated time, not the actual time. Please add add-ons when booking your appointment so we can allocate the correct time for your service.
Service Cost
Our prices displayed on our website & booking system are a guideline only. If you require a precise/accurate quote, we recommend booking an appointment for a consultation online with Team DeVine before booking your service.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that you provide us with 72hours (3 days) notice should you need to cancel or change your appointment. We regret that cancellations made after the required 72 hours’ notice period and no-show clients will be charged 100% of the price of the service(s). We appreciate that sometimes late cancellation is unavoidable, and the management will use their discretion in certain instances. However, we are sure you will appreciate that for every client who cancels late or fails to show, it means another client is turned away and the salon and stylist both suffer a financial loss. A reminder email will be sent out 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Rescheduling Appointments
Should you need to amend a booking, please:

- Click reschedule
- Choose a new date and time you wish to visit the salon.
Rescheduling your appointment to a new date can only be done online 3 days prior to your appointment date.
Patch /Allergic Test Policy
Patch testing is essential to ensure that the active ingredient within the colours do not cause an allergic reaction. It is a simple and safe way of protecting both our clients, our salon and keeping you safe.
Since the emergence of Covid-19 there has been an increase in allergies amongst people who have had the virus. With this new evidence emerging the National Hair Federation has urged salons to perform PATCH TESTS on all clients who have a colour treatment due to a heightened reaction to the chemicals in hair colours.
There are two simple ways we will offer a patch test / skin test:
- Your Stylist will ask you to come into the salon at least 48hours before your appointment.
- If you are having another treatment at the salon we can perform the patch test whilst you are already at the salon.
A patch test is required every 6 months for all clients.
Whilst it may be inconvenient to visit our salon 48 hours before your appointment, it is COMPULSORY for your safety.
Consultations
Our prices are a guideline only. If you require a precise/accurate quote, we recommend booking an appointment for a consultation online with Team DeVine before booking your service.
All chemical processes are subject to consultation. Your stylist will carry out a consultation before any hair service as it allows us to gather information from you.
A full consultation will be carried out by your stylist at the start of your appointment. Your stylist will give you expert advice and gather information from you, to help achieve your desired look.
Children in the salon
Our hair services for children start from age 6 and upwards.
Our Insurance Policy does not cover children accompanying you in the salon so we do ask that you only bring children you have booked in for a service with us. Health and safety is something we cannot compromise and we thank you for understanding.
Waiting in the salon
Due to our space limitation and current COVID-19 guidance lines we are currently unable to accommodate any additional persons (children, family or friends ect). We have limited waiting area space in our salon and therefore, excessive companions may be asked to politely leave. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Detangling & other surcharges
If your hair is tangled and requires a lot of attention before preceding with your service, please be aware that an additional service charge will apply.
Charges also apply to long hair, thick hair, and density. For an exact price and our advice, we recommend booking an appointment for a consultation online with Team DeVine before booking your service.
Relaxers
All relaxer services include a post-treatment along with styling. Do not wash your hair for up to 5 days prior to a relaxer.
An in-salon treatment is required 7-14 days before chemical relaxer can be applied.
Deep Conditioning Treatments
All treatments are required on a weekly basis.
