DeVine Hair Studio LTD wishes all customers to be entirely satisfied with their products and hence offers a comprehensive exchange and refund service. We will refund the shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error.
Please email shop@devinestudio.co.uk in the first instance.
Returns
If you purchased from DeVine’s online store, you can return your products for a full refund (minus postage costs) if they are unopened and in a saleable condition to the address below.
Email us at shop@devinestudio.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Include order number and the reason you want to return the item, choose one of the following:
- Damage
- Incorrect item shipped
- Dissatisfaction (please provide a full explanation)
Please ensure that the products are packaged safely and securely. DeVine Hair Studio LTD cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged during the returns process. We, therefore request that you ask for a Certificate of Posting when returning products by post.
The buyer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping fee unless the return is a result of our error.

Our only stipulation is that the item(s) reach us unused, unopened and in saleable condition. Once we have received the items, a refund will be actioned within 14 days.
